Expedited orders placed by 11 am EST will be shipped the same day, including orders sent by Express Saver, 2Day, Standard Overnight or Priority Overnight. Orders placed after 11 am EST will be shipped the following business day. Standard ground orders will be shipped within 72 hours from the time of purchase. Orders placed after 11AM on Friday, will be processed on Monday. All orders ship on business days Monday through Friday. Monogramming & Gift Wrap Please be aware that if you request monogramming or gift wrapping for your order, it will take an additional 48 hours to fulfill your request. If you have chosen expedited shipping, please contact us to confirm that your order will arrive on time.

We’re unable to change the shipping address on an order once it’s placed. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout. Once your order ships, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to update your address.

At this time it is not possible to combine separate orders to ship together.

All international orders are charged at a flat rate for shipping and taxes. Once your order has been received within country, you will be reimbursed for any over-charge to your card on file. All duty fees are the responsibility of the consignee. Please be advised: your order will not be processed until our Account Management Department confirms the order via email.
